Horror 43 - Trouble Lurking

I was debating whether I wanted to do this one for a horror theme or not, but I love drawing half human/half animal things, so I decided to go for it!

Its based on this fanfic ([link]) by xxX_K-Squared_Xxx on fanfiction.net, a fantastic horror writer! If you haven't read it, basically Kyle and Kenny are predatory mermen that lure vacationers on the beach into the water where they kill and eat them. Kyle is supposed to be based on a pirana while Kenny is an alligator gar, though I warped body shapes, so its hard to tell, ha ha. I wanted to have them farther into the water but I couldn't think of a good way to do it, so I just had them lounging on the beach

Uh... I guess I don't have much else to say about it. I am terrible with water, especially ocean scenes, so as usual the background is no good. I also used a lot more textures than I am used to using

Also... I don't think they don't look very much like the characters, but oh well!
